These terms cover your use of apicuts.ai. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Our service
apicuts reduces the cost of companies' LLM API usage. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign before kickoff. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
2. Free teardowns and estimates
Our free teardown call and any estimate we share are for information only. They are not a promise of a specific result.
3. The 20% guarantee
The guarantee applies to paid engagements under a signed agreement. We measure cost per unit of work against a baseline agreed at kickoff, and you get a live report of that cost. If the reduction is under 20%, you pay no fee and keep the changes we made. The full details, including how the baseline and unit of work are set, are in your agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, and only share code and data you have the right to share. You review and approve every change before it goes to production.
5. Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before kickoff and keep your code and data confidential.
6. Ownership
Code we write for you belongs to you. The content of this website belongs to apicuts.
7. No warranties
The website and its guides and tools are provided as is, for general information. They are not professional advice for your specific situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, apicuts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
10. Changes and contact
