This page explains what we collect when you use apicuts.ai or work with us, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
Who we are

What we collect
- Booking details you enter when you schedule a call, such as your name, email and answers to booking questions. Our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects these for us.
- Messages you send us by email or chat.
- Usage data you share for a teardown, such as provider usage exports or read-only access. We treat it as confidential under our NDA and use it only for that work.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
To schedule and run calls, deliver our service, reply to you, and keep the site working. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the business: scheduling (Cal.com), website hosting, email, and Google Fonts, which loads the site's fonts from Google's servers. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our scheduling provider may set cookies it needs for booking to work.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above. We delete teardown data when the engagement ends, unless you ask us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@apicuts.ai. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK or California, you may have extra rights under local law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
